About “The Act” Blog
This blog was started to provide as much information in one place about the 1998 Lifetime Supervision Act.
It will always be a work in progress as long as “The Act” is in effect and as I find more information about “The Act”.
UPDATE: I have intentionally kept my identity unknown for various reasons; the primary reason was because I had a loved one incarcerated in CDOC and I feared CDOC or someone there may retaliate against my loved one. That fear has now substantially subsided…my loved one was released on parole and has transferred out of CO. However, I will not publish my identity here on the blog, but I am now free to sign my emails!
I have also helped in the creation of a “support” group, The S.O.L.S.A. Group. The S.O.L.S.A. Group was created to aid offenders and their families and friends in becoming educated about “The Act” as well as any new information about it. To date we have received over 150 requests for information and the newsletter. The latest and greatest information The S.O.L.S.A. Group has received is the announcement of a class-action lawsuit to be filed on behalf of all the offenders incarcerated under the “The Act”.

1998 Lifetime Supervision Act 
I don’t have a Attorney any longer there in CO, I found out that they are also corrupt! Never once did they ever mintion “The Act” to me or that my “Loved One” would never get out and now that I know that “The Lifetime Supervision Act” is not Suprvision but Incaration until death! I am writing a letter to Bruce Harrelson about the situation of the DOC in CO even though my “LOved One” says it will do no good I have to try! I am also ccing Bill O’Rielly at Fox News on it! I think the more we get it out there the more we will bring attention to the corruption that is going on there and how it is driven by money!!! So spread the word to all the news media! We don’t have to mention names of our “Loved Ones” but maybe some one will start looking into it for us before our “Loved Ones” start dying in there on a “Hearsay Charge” I am in Prayer daily that God will expose these people and things will change! I want my “Loved One” home here in CA!! God Bless you all!
