Offender Reports

I have acquired reports written by incarcerated offenders who have been, currently are or have completed SOTMP programs. Upon obtaining these reports, I have been given permission by the authors to post the reports here for anyone interested in reading and learning what exactly goes on in the SOTMP programs and the lengths the staff will go to in an effort to prevent an offender from satisfactorily completing or progressing in the programs.    Here is the download link:                                 An Unacceptably High Cost (2007)

In additoin I have obtained permission to post “A Report to DORA” by Jeff Beebe. This report was authored by Jeff and has been forwarded to the CO Department of Regulatory Agencies for the Sunset Review of SOMB. It is a very informative report.
